Roasted Red potatoes

Easy and delicious, these are a staple at my house.

Easy and delicious, these are a staple at my house.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of red potatoes, cubed

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

  • salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste

  • smoked paprika to taste

Steps:

Toss all ingredients together in a baking dish. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.

This is easy and quick to make as a side dish to add to any meal.
