Nuts and seeds and Just Egg. This bread is more of a cracker consistency and is a great savory snack.
1 cup almonds
1 cup Walnuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chia seeds
1 cup flax seeds
1 container JUST eggs or equivalent to 6 eggs
Salt to taste
Combine the ingredients, and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Slice and serve.
I doubled my ingredients, however did not double the egg rel=placer, and ended up with a delicious but crumbly loaf. I will make it again and post updated pictures.
