Homemade Hummus

One of the versions of hummus I make. This version is my "quick" recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups of cooked chickpeas

  • 1 lemon juiced

  • 5-6 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of coriander powder

  • 4 tablespoons of sesame seeds, ground (optional)

  • Salt to taste

Steps:

Use a food processor to combine all ingredients and adjust liquid as needed by adding a little water if needed.  Serve with your favorite bread of chips.

Notes:

Easy to make recipe, and always better home made and fresh.
