JustEGG Mini Quiches

This is my take on the Just Egg mini quiches.  

This is my take on the Just Egg mini quiches.  This is grain free and delicious!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of JUST Egg

  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1/2 cup white onions, chopped

  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon dried sage

  • salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:

Saute onions, celery and walnuts till they soften, about 5 minutes.  Add salt and sage.  Spoon the mix into lined muffin tins.  Cover to 3/4 with just egg.  Bake for 30 minutes at 300. 

Notes:
