This is a delicious and healthy dessert and pretty easy to make.
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup fresh papaya, pureed
1 cup sesame, toasted
1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
Steps:
Add the pureed papaya to the almond little at a time, mixing as you go. The mixture should be firm enough to form into balls. Add the cinnamon and mix in. Roll the balls in toasted sesame. Refregerate and serve.
Notes:
The original recipe was with dates. I like this one because it is lighter, tastes fresh, and is less sweet. You can substitute any fruit you like.
