Two ingredients, quick and easy to make, crowd-favorite ice cream.
2 frozen bananas
2 Tablespoons organic natural peanut butter
Break the frozen bananas into chunks and toss them into a food processor, along with the peanut butter. Blend until the bananas break down into a soft-serve consistency, adding a tablespoon or two of water to help facilitate blending, if necessary.
Add sweetener only if needed. I find that when bananas start spotting heavily, I just peel and throw them in a freezer. I find them to be sweet enough to not add any additional sweeteners.
Other options are adding chocolate or frozen berries to it.
