1 can coconut
2 cups blueberry
1 1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon agar agar
Arrange the blueberries at the bottom of a square Pyrex dish. Combine 1 tablespoon of agar agar with 1 1/2 cup water and mix. Bring the water to boil, remove from the heat and pour over the blueberries. Set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Add the remaining agar agar to the coconut milk, bring it to boil, and pour over the chilled blueberry dish. Set aside in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes or till completely set. Cut and serve chilled.
